Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a
talented, motivated Senior Electrical Engineer who wants to join an

apply their skills in design in order to develop and support our
"Design it Right" initiative for a variety of complex defense
products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the
opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their
technical skills on innovative technology while performing their
assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced
projects in a Hybrid work format.The duties assigned to this senior
engineering position, will include the following:
Assist in translating system
requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly
designs.Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology
insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.Integrate
Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and
prototype hardware in a Laboratory environment.Create design
documentation and verification test procedures.It will be expected
that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and
analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing

Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience with product
development and support of electronics equipmentSolid fundamentals
of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and
interface/communication standardsUnderstanding of electronics
manufacturing and test methodologiesStrong written and verbal
communication skillsExperience developing compact embedded systems
for harsh environmentsExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity,
creativity and resourcefulness.Familiar with electrical engineering
design, schematic capture and analysis toolsEligible to obtain a
DOD Security Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB) design using
Cadence toolsFamiliarity with AS9145 compliant processesExperience
with FPGA designsExperience with Electronic Warfare systems or high
power RF software defined radio (SDR) hardwareExperience with radar
systemsLocal Power Supply DesignKnowledge of memory interfaces such
as DDR, QSPIKnowledge of data transfer protocols such as PCIe,
Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAGControl account management
experienceActive DOD security clearancePay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
