Gosnold welcomes like-minded individuals who are passionate about our mission to support people and families affected by these disorders, and to promote lasting recovery.*SUMMARY:*The Clinical Manager of Community-Based Programs will primarily be responsible for the clinical supervision of the Behavioral Health/Justice-Involved (BH-JI) and Community Support Program (CSP) programs. This position will also be involved in operations of all community-based programs to ensure programmatic quality and integrity. This position will serve as the supervisor for all community- based staff and BH-JI navigators. The Clinical Manager of Community-Based Programs supports the Director in the management of operations in all locations to ensure programmatic quality and integrity.*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Provide support, supervision, and oversight of care management professionals within the community and at correctional facilities. - Review operational procedures to identify needs and problems. Develop recommendations for problem solutions. - Ensure teams meet all expectations related to policies, procedures, trainings, meetings, and supervision. - In conjunction with program director, provide coordination with justice entities (including House of Corrections, probation, parole and drug court) and all outpatient and community partners. - Provide direct and regular supervision to navigators/staff, including other team members as deemed appropriate. - Identify key processes and lead change initiatives to achieve service excellence. Work with managers and staff to incorporate quality and process improvement methodology in the performance of their work and to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of patient care and services. - Create an environment where potential safety and clinical risks are identified and proactively addressed before a problem occurs. - Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans, visions, goals and objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures, and organizational structure for all community-based programs. - Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the community-based programs provide high-quality services, consistent with contracting specifications and in accordance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP). - Participate in professional outreach activities to further develop community partnerships, potential referral sources, and the growth of the programs. - Ensure compliance and work in conjunction with standards pertaining to credentialing agencies such as The Joint Commission and Department of Public Health. - Work in collaboration with the care teams, identify appropriate level of care, and provide additional professional supports for patients as needed. - Perform all other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes*MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:*_The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform the job._ - *Education: *Master's degree in social work or counseling. - *Experience: *Two (2) years of management or supervisory experience. Two (2) years of experience in behavioral healthcare and/or substance use disorder treatment. Two (2) years of experience in community-based care management or hospital-based social work preferred. Two (2) years of experience in community outreach preferred. - *Skills: *Management or supervisory skills required.
