Manager, Demand & Supply PlanningLead the implementation of advanced planning systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.Location: BostonJob Tags: OperationsAbout The Role- The Manager of Demand & Supply Planning will forecast and plan WHOOP inventory demand and supply across multiple channels and geographies.- This role involves leading the implementation and optimization of MRP software to enhance data accuracy and supply chain scalability.- The candidate will strengthen and eventually run S&OP for WHOOP, preparing content and materials for cross-functional and executive meetings.- The role requires partnering effectively across various business areas, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics.- The successful candidate will develop and execute scenario planning to evaluate the impact of strategic business initiatives.Qualifications- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in planning areas such as demand, supply, sourcing, and inventory is essential.- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with MRP systems or other data systems is required.- The successful candidate will possess strong planning skills and the ability to perform thorough, multi-dimensional analyses.- A collaborative and energetic individual with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality will thrive in this role.
