  Operating Room RN: Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule.
  
  
  Requirements:
  --- Prior travel HIGHLY preferred
  --- Must have 2 years experience in unit
  --- Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year
  --- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
  --- Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet
  --- Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma
  Additional Information: --- IVS to OFFER
  --- Monday to Sunday
  --- Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday
  --- No block schedules for any reason
  --- This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
