A company is looking for a Director, Retail Compensation
Programs & Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of retail base pay
and pay equity programs
Provide guidance on global retail market insights, survey
management, and competitive analysis
Coach and guide a team, fostering growth opportunities and
collaboration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, education, and
training
8-10 years of experience in global compensation analysis, design,
or operations
5+ years of experience leading a team of compensation
professionals
Experience in Retail Compensation is highly desirable
Familiarity with key technologies such as PayFactors, SAP,
SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow
