Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Lead to oversee
relationships with BPO partners and drive operational results.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support BPO performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and
customer satisfaction metrics
Act as a liaison between BPO partners and internal teams to ensure
alignment and communication
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in CX operations, vendor management, or
BPO support roles
Experience managing outsourced operations and understanding BPO
performance management best practices
Data-driven with experience tracking and analyzing CX metrics
Collaborative and detail-oriented with the ability to work
cross-functionally
Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of implementing
process improvements
